These meditation timers are great for silent meditation practice. There are two albums available to you. One features a clarifying high bell and another features the deeper sound of a Tibetan singing bowl.
Both albums include timers for 5 min, 10 min, 15 min, 20 min, 30 min, 45 min and 60 min meditation sessions. Each timer begins and ends with three bell tones, with nothing but silence in between. The three bell tones at the end of each timer are a little quieter than those at the start. You can listen online, or you can download the timers to your own personal computer for free.
